Every child at Glaitness is an individual and important and it is our vision to enable all of our learners to be the best they can be. We have an inclusive learning environment and we promote the values of tolerance and respect for all as part of our school vision. We recognise and celebrate difference and diversity.
As parents, we aim to work with you in partnership to deliver our vision for your child. We also work with a wide range of partners and agencies to further support families and children where needed. We have a variety of ways of keeping you up to date with your child’s learning and progress including; class blogs, progress jotters, homework, class newsletters, monthly parent bulletins, parents evenings and the end of year report. All of these aim to share with you aspects of your child’s learning so that you have a clear idea of not only what they are learning but also how they are getting on.
